More explosive than landmines...

As the 21 000 members of the United Nations' largest-ever peacekeeping force began moving in March into Cambodia to end 20 years of war, they faced a danger potentially more explosive than the estimated 1-4 million landmines dotting the countryside and more insidious than even the feared Khmer Rouge guerillas.
